As such I have provided you with some detailed info you should be aware of:
Even as a kid at about mid to late elementary I learned about copyright laws & SUPERHEROES LEGAL WARS as I was creating my own NEXT BIG SUPERHEROES UNIVERSE - my *ALLStars* YOUniverse. It is one the main key reasons I studied CRIMINOLOGY (to study LAWS & MY PERSONAL SUPERHEROES COPYRIGHTS & TO AVOID LEGAL WARS).
As a kid SuperHeroes CreatRoar (creator) I learned of the story that the Superman CreatRoars were young boys & they sold their rights for $130 & spent most of their lives trying to get some of the millions of dollars in Superman Merchandise revenues. I also learned of the big corporations LEGAL WARS between Superman & Shazam that lasted over x10years! As a kid it was very stressful working on studying all the LEGAL ASPECTS, & became part of my HATE FOR INJUSTICE & INEQUALITY IN COURT SYSTEMS. I COULDN'T HANDLE ALL THAT COURT STRESS AS I ALREADY LOST MY LEFT EAR OVER MY X10YEARS OF BURNOUT TEACHING BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY AND I REFUSE TO LOSE NOT EVEN ONE DECIBELL OF ANY HEARING IN MY RIGHT EAR EVER & BECOMING COMPLETELY, TOTALLY DEAF!! So you are being provided with this internet page of information to avoid any useless, time-waster, stressful, COURT LEGAL WARS. ALSO USE THIS AS A WARNING - I WILL DESIMATE YOU IN ANY *GLOWBALL* COURT SHOULD YOU AFTER READING THIS PAGE STILL TRY TO MESS WITH ME & MY *ALLSTARS* YOUNIVERSE!!!
1. *ALLStars*
- There are many users of the term all-stars all around the world in all sorts of products & services, BUT mine is spelled with the asterix (Star) symbols on both sides, & has the term ALLS in CAPITAL LETTERS & in my x11STTARColors ColorsCode product to differentiate.
2. YOUniverse
- - There are many users of the term youniverse all around the world in all sorts of products & services, BUT mine is spelled with the prefix fusion word "YOU" in CAPITAL LETTERS to differentiate against all those products similar to ex. "YouTube" is spelled with CAPITAL LETTERS for the beginnings of both words. All globall similar products by similar creative peoples state the same points as the author - that WE ARE ALL CONNECTED TO THE youniverse thus its spelling includes the word YOU.
3. MaStars
-My term has nothing to do with 1980's HeMan & the Masters of the Universe who was the powerful man in the universe (MOTU), or Star Wars Jedi Masters, as like George Lucas I coincidently also researched x100s of glowball legends in elementary school & also found common YOUniverSOUL threads in all cultures & stories to create my term "MaStars" which is StarPowar themed.
4. MonStars
DarkStars
--- My terms MonStars & DarkStars have nothing to do with other *GlowBall* products that have similar names, ex. the character outlaw galactic ruler called *Monstar in Silerhawks 1980s cartoons, or later Space Jam movies (who are a team of aliens from Moron Mountain), mine is a STARterm refering to the idea we can MaStar or MonStar our lives - I use it as a ACTION VERB. My Starterm MonStars is also a reference to ALL MonStars (monsters) in human history such as those in ancient global zodiacs (thus some constellations were coded as Mon-Stars such as dragons etx), not just toystory space aliens, as my product is also a EDUCATIONAL product. Nor does my other term DarkStars have anything to do with other products with that name or DC Green Lanterns Darkstars spacesuits space-cops-armies who use lethal force, or League of Legends darkstars characters.
5. PowarGirl (PowarBoy)
In my YOUniverse ALL have the Powar (power) aka called StarPowar inside us ALL as ALLPerSuns (StarPowared people). WE ALL have the powar (power) ...called StarPowar to MaStar or MonStar our lives. As such, all kids are StarPowarkids, & levelup as they age to become all teens aka Powarkids - PowarBoys & PowarGirls as they ALL HAVE THE POWAR (POWER). Both wear the level2 Purple colors PowarSuits vs DC Powergirl who traditionally wore white one-piece bathing suit like outfit. Any physical resemblance to her well-endowed version is only a representation of some of the author's past girlfriends who just coincidently look similar & are representations of strong female girl-power symbols as well as my character PowarGirl is symbolically & metaphorically.
6. MonStarVerse
-My STARterm MonStarVerse is not the same as what some fans calls the GodZilla, King Kong fusion universe or Asain Keiju universes ex. the AntiVerse in Pacific Rim mvoies, UltraMan universs, etx. My starterm MonStarVerse reps ALL MonStars (monsters) in our human history *GlowBally including fictional ones in ComicBooks, ToyStories, & VideoGames (ex. King of Monsters videogames, & MonsterHunter games, etx). My MonStarVerse also reps Verses -words that we say that can turn us into metaphorical MonStars - the main purpose of my book. Examples of MonStar-Verses are my 6D's of the MonStarForce to be expanded in future books like Book3 MonStarBook, but for now rep Deception (lies), Darkness, DisaStars, etx. MonStarVerses are also my evill MultiVerses - univeses that have been taken over by the evill Universe-conquering UltraVillains in my ToyStories.
7. ALL STARterms
*ALL my STARterms must be examined collectively as part of my *ALLStars* YOUniverse book theme of ALLPerSuns being *ALLStars* with the powar (power) called StarPower (aka starpower) to either MaStar or MonStar our lives, this STARPOWAR (which is ColorCoded with x11StarColors) connects ALL of us to the YOUniverse!!!
